An experienced network engineer is required to maintain the ZainTECH cloud infrastructure, with a focus on troubleshooting, diagnosis, and solution of customer issues. The role involves working in a shift pattern, implementing change requests, and providing 2nd & 3rd level troubleshooting support.
Requirements
- firewall troubleshooting (FortiGate, ASA, Palo Alto, SSL & IPSec VPN)
- load-balancers/WAF (Kemp & FortiADC)
- SSL VPN/IPSec deployments
- security policies creation and modifications (audit reviews)
- deep understanding of TCP/UDP/ICMP & Stateful/Stateless protocols
- demonstrates an understanding of packet flow in the OSI model
- experience with ticketing software (ServiceNow)
- IPT/VoIP experience (ideal but not necessary)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNP) minimum
- IPT or VoIP qualifications (ideal but not necessary)
