The L3 Support on Transaction Monitor is responsible for handling BAU support queries, ensuring application stability, and driving technical debt reduction. The role involves technical analysis, collaboration, and communication with various teams. Experience in a banking environment and knowledge of ITIL Service management framework is preferred.

Requirements

  • Experience applying technical solutions to improve the stability of production environments
  • Understanding and working knowledge of the ITIL Service management framework (incident, problem, change management). ServiceNow is a plus
  • Extensive working experience in providing L2/L3 support (preferably in a banking environment) on mission-critical (99.9% uptime) applications
  • Knowledge of operating infrastructure on any public cloud as a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)/DevOps; experience on Google Cloud Platform is a plus
  • Working experience of Unix/Linux, Control-M, Tomcat, Weblogic, Oracle Databases, MS SQL, GCP, Openshift, Artifactory, Github, Bitbucket, Jira
  • Analytical mindset, problem solver
  • Ability to work in virtual teams
