We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Integration Architect with over 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 5 years focused on integrations.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, XML, and other integration-related technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (e.g., ITSM, ITOM).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
