Lead Administrator - L2 at Wipro Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing ServiceNow applications development and solutions. The role requires 11-15 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM modules, and strong technical skills in ServiceNow Event Management, integration, and workflow.
Requirements
- 11-15 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM modules.
- Planning, designing & implementation ServiceNow Event Management solution which includes Integration, Configuration along with Service Operations Workflow
- Integration of Different Monitoring sources through Connector Instances based and API based
- Deep understanding of domain concepts like SNMP Traps, servers, databases etc., for Integration understanding
- Event Field Mapping: Creation, modification and customization
- Event Rules and Alert Management rules: Creation, modification and customization
- Subflow and flow designer development and customization
- Alert Co-relation rules: Creation, modification and customization
- Reg-ex creation and customization
- Understanding of Java scripts
- Experience in Service Operations Workspace: Enable, customize using UI builder and for List views and access
- Dashboards and Reports: Creation, modification and customization
- Event Management properties and their importance
- MID server Installation for Event Management capabilities
- Understanding of Metric Intelligence and Health Log analytics
- Able to create Remediation solutions using flows and external API/script calls
- Create/update detailed documentation of all products including but not limited to design documentation, technical operations, support documentation, and release notes.
- Ensure all work adheres to standard work, policies, and best practices for development and platform maintenance.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure enterprise design decisions align with ServiceNow best-practices
