ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Product Security AI Lead Researcher to spearhead research and development efforts focused on securing ServiceNow’s Generative AI and agentic AI systems. The role involves leading AI and data science initiatives, assessing security and safety, and collaborating with engineering and security teams. The AI Security team is responsible for ensuring the integrity of AI models, making this a critical role in the company's mission to improve how people work and build a better future.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in security research, AI/ML research, data science, or related fields, specifically with experience securing AI systems.
- Advanced expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy).
- Proven experience identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities in AI systems, particularly involving large language models (LLMs) and agentic architectures.
