DTCC is seeking a Lead Application Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. The role involves maintaining and providing technical support for applications, collaborating with development teams and infrastructure partners, and escalating and resolving technical support incidents. The successful candidate will have ServiceNow knowledge or experience, EAS application support, troubleshooting, and coordinating with Product/AD/ETE.
