The Lead Business Analyst will manage a team of Business Analysts to implement an Enterprise Information Technology Service Management (EITSM) system for a DoD customer. The ideal candidate will have experience developing business processes, translating business requirements into user stories, and leading Agile Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

  • Active Secret DoD Clearance
  • 12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)
  • Minimum 3 year’s experience leading a team of Business Analyst on interative software development projects
  • Experience developing process guides
  • Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a service-oriented mindset
