- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, software development, database management, and systems integration.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with executives, and drive large-scale system enhancements.
- Agile & DevOps Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, cloud infrastructures, DevOps pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Advanced Analytics & AI Integration: Strong background in data science, predictive modeling, and AI-driven business intelligence.
- Visio & Process Modeling: Expertise in Microsoft Visio for designing workflows, system architectures, and business process diagrams.
- SQL & Data Modeling: Strong proficiency in SQL for query optimization, stored procedures, and database management, along with expertise in data modeling techniques such as conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Advanced Sequence Flow Design: Proficiency in BPMN, UML, and process automation tools to define and optimize end-to-end business workflows
- Strong understanding of incident management processes and ITIL framework.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for monitoring, reporting, and workflow management.
- Experience in classifying and categorizing incidents into system problems, enhancements, or user errors.
- Ability to interpret and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
- Excellent business communication skills—both written and verbal—for stakeholder updates and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements to reduce incident volume.
