Oversees the change enablement process and the release of changes to Centene production systems, provides support to process end users creating and managing production changes, and helps ensures that all associated/required change governance activities have been completed for all qualifying changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
  • 5 – 7 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of ITIL change management, service management and/or project management, IT security, patching, compliance, and best practices.
  • Experience with IT Service Management; Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ITIL-based support environment and with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of release management.
  • ITIL Foundation or ITIL certificate in release, control and validation.
