The Lead Engineer (f/m/d) in Hattersheim directs daily activities of the Operations Site Team and vendors, ensuring the Data Centre is safely, efficiently, and compliant. They manage maintenance tasks, utilize the CMMS system, and resolve incidents promptly. This role focuses on ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in mission-critical mechanical and electrical environments, ideally in IT/Telecoms or data centres.
- Strong knowledge of key data centre infrastructure components (UPS, generators, cooling systems).
- ITIL and/or ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience mentoring and supporting site engineering teams.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Requirements Summary
