Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
• Strong PL/SQL skills
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OCI infrastructure
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Remote location with travel to client sites (50% initial, 25% ongoing)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
