Join Dolby's Work Innovation team as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to lead and guide the Bangalore team, drive systems transformation, and innovate solutions for People & Places Systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with at least 1+ years into people management
- Strong track record implementing and managing HR/People systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams and mentor team members, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration
- Expert knowledge of HR systems architecture and integration
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvement
