ServiceNow is seeking a Lead Performance Support Consultant (Escalations Engineering) to join the Customer Service team, working with large and complex customers. The role involves technical troubleshooting, remediation of performance and scalability issues, and providing expert consulting to help customers maximize their ServiceNow platform value. This is a high-impact role focused on solving complex problems and driving improvement within customer deployments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technical support, software development, performance laod testing or professional services
  • Expert level working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, or Windows Powershell
  • Experience with working or debugging Object Oriented code (Java preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience of ServiceNow Architecture is preferred but not essential
