DTCC is seeking a Lead Problem Management Associate to oversee IT problems throughout their lifecycle, from identification and resolution to documentation and prevention. The role focuses on root cause analysis and proactive issue resolution, leveraging investigative techniques and best practices in IT service management. Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Problem Manager or IT Risk Management.
  • Experience in IT service management and ITIL processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • General technical background in incident management, OSI layer analysis, CI/CD, SDLC, database, Mainframe, MQ, Networks, and Cyber.

Requirements Summary

6+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are a must. IT service management experience is needed
