We are seeking a Lead Product Analyst, IT Service Management to analyze high-level business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for our engineering team. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional counterparts to develop high-level requirements and perform data-driven analysis to facilitate product design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product management / technical business analyst experience
  • 5+ Direct experience working in an Agile team
  • 3+ years ServiceNow implementation experience
  • Deep understanding of the ITIL Service Management functions
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret business and technical needs
  • Ability to operate as part of cross-functional work streams
