Lead Product Manager (ERM & Vendor Ecosystem)

PayPal is hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) technology stack, including Archer, ServiceNow and GRC/IRM. The role will drive integration, automation, and reporting improvements to enhance risk and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Platform Ownership within ERM, GRC, or risk/compliance technology
• Hands-on experience with RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM, or MetricStream (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks (COSO, NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, FFIEC)
• Industry Background: Preferably from financial services, fintech, or regulated enterprise environments
• Technical Fluency: Able to discuss data integration, APIs, and automation concepts with engineering teams
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
