Westinghouse Electric Co is seeking a Lead, ServiceNow HR Administrator to manage the daily platform operations within HR, participate in Agile development, create HR-specific reports, and support HR-related tasks. This is a 100% remote position reporting to the Senior Director of HR Systems & Services. The role focuses on providing level 2 support for HR products, deploying development work, and ensuring data quality.
Requirements
- Provide level 2 support for all HR products, applications, and processes on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deploy HR-related development work (update sets, xml, plugins) to production while following the established change management process.
- Help create HR reports, and dashboards (including performance analytics).
- General platform administration and support for HR
- Monitor and support HR data imports and integrations.
- Ensure essential data quality for HR services and escalate.
- Support all deployed HR capabilities (HR Service Delivery, HR Portal, HR Case Management).
- Support platform upgrades.
- Design and implement HR solutions following established Configuration Management standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
- 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
- Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology.
- Help establish HR-specific coding standards to help with consistency.
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification is a plus.
