We are hiring a Lead ServiceNow SPM Analyst to support our IT PMO team in managing demands and resources using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow SPM module, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with ServiceNow SPM module
- At least 3 years of experience as a Lead/Senior Business Analyst working on SPM projects
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical or business discipline
