Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise software development.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB implementations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow development tools.
- Deep understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Requirements Summary
