We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITAM & ITOM) and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, SPM, HRSD.
- Integrate third party Software Assets Data with ServiceNow SAM application.
- Provide subject matter expertise in design, development and implementation within the ServiceNow Platform for ITAM applications
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot issues and provide fixes, work on Support tickets
- Maintain knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features
- Document processes or Technical Design Documents
- Work closely with the stakeholders and the ServiceNow Product owner, ServiceNow Architect and Business Analyst to build solutions
