ServiceNow is seeking a strategic and visionary Lead Solution Architect (LSA) to serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients and internal teams through complex technical transformations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, technical consulting, or pre/post-sales engineering roles
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise-grade solutions
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders on technology strategy and transformation initiatives
- Industry-specific experience in verticals such as TMT, Banking, Retail, Transportation, Energy, and/or Health Insurance
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.)
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms or low-code/no-code solutions
