We are looking for a Lead Support with a Bac+5 degree and at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle, knowledge of Java development, and proficiency in SQL and HTML.
Requirements
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (versioning, publication, delivery)
- Knowledge of the luxury industry
- Knowledge in Java development, Web AEM, Salesforce, and SQL language
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of computer systems, databases, servers, and networks
- Familiarity with monitoring and application surveillance tools
- Good functional and business understanding of the e-commerce domain
- Mastery of the SQL language
- Knowledge of the Java language
- Skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of web formats and protocols (JSON, XML, HTTP, SOAP, WSDL, etc.)
- Knowledge of service-oriented architectures (SOA), REST, and microservices
- Ease with tools such as Maven, Git, Groovy, Bash, Postman, Datadog, IDE...
- Experience with ticket management tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Interpersonal skills
