We are looking for a LeadMind Services Technician to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a professional, you will be part of a highly qualified team, working in a close and collaborative environment to achieve a more sustainable and responsible world with its environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications
  • ITIL v3/v4 training or certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management, operations, or related areas
  • Experience working with service desk/ITSM tools (e.g. Jira Services Management, ServiceNow, GLPI, FreshService...)
  • Experience in data processing and reporting: Excel, Power BI. Analysis or visualization tools
  • Knowledge of monitoring systems, automatic alerting, and operational support systems
  • Good analytical, communicative, and results-oriented skills
  • Proactive and able to work in a team
