We're hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator to help drive the seamless delivery and coordination of training initiatives that empower our employees to thrive. As a key member of the L&D team, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of engaging, high-impact learning programs and ensuring a culture of continuous development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in a learning & development or administrative support role
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platform)
- Fluency in English
