Sopra Steria Next is seeking a Process Management Leader to lead our consulting department in process management and shape the strategic orientation with advising clients on process management, process optimization, and process automation. The successful candidate will develop our consulting business in the process consulting area and take on disciplinary responsibility for a team of consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, organizational development, social sciences, or a comparable course of study
- At least 7 years of professional experience in process management, process optimization, and automation
- At least 3 years in a consulting and leadership position
- Familiarity with tools from the business process management area, such as ServiceNow
- Practical experience in the context of AgenticAI and process automation
- Good German and English skills (from B2 level)
