You will be responsible for writing technical and methodological support documentation, following up on tickets, and participating in the improvement of support processes.
Requirements
- Higher education diploma (Bac+2 degree)
- 3+ years of experience in software support
- Knowledge of license management
- Familiarity with collaborative systems (e.g., Projectwise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Mezzoteam)
- Mastering the ServiceNow ticketing platform
- English language proficiency (written and spoken)
