The LMS HR IT Analyst will contribute to the Human Resources IT organization in the Support portfolio, leading the deployment of change requests and resolving root cause issues across the Human Resource product team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 2 years of IT professional experience
- 2 years of experience with Learning Management System
- OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of IT professional experience
- 2 years of experience with LMS IT System Administrator in SumTotal Learn
- Knowledge of JIRA, qtest and ServiceNow tools is a plus
