Ubisoft is seeking a Local IT Technician (F/H/NB) to support their IT teams at International Head Office in Saint-Mandé, France. The role involves onsite support, incident management, hardware management, and customer interaction. The team is organized using the ITIL methodology and utilizes ServiceNow for task management, with 5 technicians responsible for desktop and kiosk support.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in IT support or computer systems operations
  • Experience in IT support in an international environment
  • Good level of English is indispensable
