Windward Consulting is looking for a high caliber LogicMonitor Engineer to provide resident engineering support for a federal government customer. The successful candidate will have a strong background in monitoring technologies, LogicMonitor platform administration, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

  • LogicMonitor Certified Associate (LMCA)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
  • 5+ years supporting modern server operating systems (Linux/Windows)
  • Strong knowledge of application and system software monitoring principles and practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration and automation workflows
  • Understanding of infrastructure monitoring principles and distributed environments
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex technical systems and web application architectures
  • Familiarity with software version control systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain credibility as a monitoring expert
