This project concerns an experienced solutions architect with expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Visibility within the App 2.0 project. The consultant will work within Svenska Kraftnät's operations and be responsible for the work environment.
Requirements
- Participate in the breakdown and review of needs and requirements
- Contribute with expertise and previous experience from the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM Visibility
- Analyze and advise on how infrastructure requirements and security requirements are best met in solution proposals
- Support in the development of solution proposals
- Support testing and troubleshooting of solution proposals in development and testing environments
- Be advisory during the implementation of solution proposals
- Create solution proposals together with other developers and architects within the SVK ServiceNow team
- Be responsible for breaking down and coordinating activities in Azure Devops to implement the solution proposal

Requirements Summary
