Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance
• Five (5+) years of relevant experience in IT or Service Desk
• MS/BS in computer science or information technology with two (2+) years of experience
• IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher
• MacOS certification (Apple Certified Support Professional)
• Experience with incident management within the ServiceNow ITSM platform
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
