Machine Learning Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of machine learning solutions. This role involves supporting the development of prototypes, experimenting with different AI techniques, fine-tuning pre-trained models, and implementing MLOps practices. Requirements

• Experience in using AI Productivity tools (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and modern AI techniques.
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with dataset preparation, labelling, or data processing workflows.
• Understanding of ML evaluation strategies and model optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with deploying ML models using inference platforms (e.g., ONNX, Triton) or cloud services.
• Strong communication skills.
