Ingenico is seeking a Major Incident Manager to lead rapid recovery of critical services during major incidents, coordinating stakeholders and driving clear communications. This role involves incident bridges, problem management, knowledge management, and potentially on-call rotations. It's a critical role within a globally recognized payment acceptance company.

Requirements

Requirements Summary

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent. 4-8 years IT experience, SaaS/cloud exposure, and incident/service management experience
