Management Analyst

QinetiQ US is seeking a skilled Management Analyst to provide support to a federal law enforcement agency client, the LESA Deployment and Transformation (D&T) Unit. The role involves program support, systems engineering, business intelligence, and organizational transformation initiatives, all while strengthening law enforcement capabilities. The ideal candidate will contribute to cross-functional teams and develop expertise in acquisition lifecycle frameworks and data visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, public administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or analytical roles
• 3+ years of experience supporting federal customers or large organizations
• Experience in IT business analysis, systems analysis, or technology project management within federal agencies
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
• Proficiency in business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow) and project management methodologies
