Manager - People Solutions EMEA (Shared Services)

We are seeking a Manager - People Solutions EMEA (Shared Services) to lead the EMEA People Solutions team, delivering high-quality, consistent employee lifecycle services and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be change-ready, able to inspire and guide the team through new systems, service delivery models, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years in HR, including 4+ years in customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years managing teams and 2+ years training and developing others.
• Proven problem-solving skills across multiple HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Working knowledge of regional labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
