Manager, Benefits Administration - Loveland, CO

Nutrien is seeking a Manager of Benefits Administration to lead the company's global benefits programs, ensure compliance, and drive improvements in employee experience and operational performance. The role involves leading a team, establishing accountability, and overseeing benefit administration across the US, Canada, and other international locations. This is a strategic leadership position requiring strong cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Proven experience managing global benefits programs and ensuring compliance with international regulations
• Strong proficiency in benefits systems and case management platforms; experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and CanadaLife is an asset
