MANAGER, BUSINESS SUPPORT

As a Manager, Business Support, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure strategic alignment with business goals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Inbound Transportation team within the Global Business Services team. You will lead and mentor a team of associates, develop and implement strategies to optimize inbound transportation processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Graduate in any field
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, transportation, or a related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of incident management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and CRM systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Advanced problem-solving and project management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts as required by the business
