Join Deloitte's Engineering Operate area as a Manager of Hybrid Cloud Operation Services, leading service delivery, supervising escalations, and managing automation to gain efficiencies.

Requirements

• Experience in managing operation teams in hybrid environments
• Positive experience in both public and private cloud environments
• Act as a Role Model, taking care to be a reference for the teams you lead
• Proactive approach, offering improvement and optimization proposals to clients receiving operation services
• Be interested and up-to-date on the latest trends related to the Operate area
• ITSM processes, particularly in incident resolution and request handling
• Experience in operating services from one of the main Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
• Compute services: instance creation and management, containers, load balancers, auto-scaling groups, etc.
• Storage services: creation and management of storage services for information, such as bucket creation, long-term storage movements, backup creation, etc.
• Networks and content delivery and application integration: VPN creation, network maintenance, etc.
• Knowledge of the different cost plans offered by hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and specific services for cost management in different CSPs
• Knowledge of observability models and native infrastructure monitoring services
• Positive experience in AIOps/NoOps (Extreme Automation)
• Knowledge of infrastructure deployment with IaCs (e.g., deployments using Terraform)
• Knowledge of Wintel and Linux system administration
• Knowledge of account and organization management (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
• Knowledge of managing and automating backup creation processes
• Knowledge of automation with Ansible
• Knowledge of database management (Oracle, SQL Server, native Cloud, etc.)
• Knowledge of using collaboration and ticketing tools like Confluence, Jira, or ServiceNow
