Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development
- Proven experience leading agile development teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST/SOAP), and data modeling
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
