Nutrien is seeking a Manager, Digital Support Center to lead a team of software support analysts and specialists. This role involves maintaining business-critical applications, overseeing operations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and system uptime. The role will require a strong leadership and problem-solving skillset and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical support or application operations teams.
  • Excellent understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles, including incident, problems, and change management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise software environments, application logs, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
