Availity is a healthcare technology company that provides revenue cycle and related business solutions. We are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Applications to own and evolve our Atlassian and ServiceNow platforms as the foundation of our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience managing ServiceDesk technologies (e.g., ServiceNow and/or Atlassian platforms)
  • Deep understanding of ITSM and ESM concepts
  • Proven ability to scale service management capabilities across multiple departments
  • Proven ability leading and managing multiple priorities and projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in platform governance, reporting analytics, integration strategy and automation of service processes
  • Proven expertise in the management of KPIs and Service Level Agreements
