Requirements

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow development and platform administration experience
  • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role leading development and QA teams
  • Proficient in ServiceNow functions (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM, App Engine, Now Assist)
  • Experience with Integrations, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and automation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Superb communication and collaborative management abilities
