The Manager of Enterprise Platforms will lead the development, integration, and optimization of core business systems, serving as a key contributor to strategic operational objectives.

Requirements

• Manage and mentor a team of developers and system administrators.
• Oversee the management and roadmap of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, ITSM platforms).
• Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert for ServiceNow.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, finance, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive and support integrations between ServiceNow and NetSuite.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Establish and maintain application governance, change management processes, and documentation standards.
• Experience with API integrations, e.x Celigo
• Demonstrated success in leading system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
