Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles within HR Shared Services or Global Business Services environments
- Experience in building, expanding, or transforming HR service centers
- Deep knowledge of HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Proven success in leading virtual, multicultural teams across multiple European locations
- Strong communication, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), ServiceNow, or Zendesk
- A passion for improving processes, elevating employee experience, and driving operational excellence
