Manager, Go-To-Market Functional Team

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Go-To-Market Functional Lead team. This role focuses on optimizing and supporting the sales process and infrastructure, driving continuous improvement, and aligning the team with broader business objectives. The team will collaborate with Sales, Digital Transformation, and Sales Operations to enhance system health and ensure a high-performance sales organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in CRM, Configure, Price, Quote, or forecasting applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• Proven ability to identify strategic initiatives and execute on critical projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in development cycles / QA / or UAT.
