Netflix is seeking a Global Talent Operations Center Manager for the Manila location. This role is focused on driving strategic partnerships, leveraging data to optimize Shared Services, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The manager will own and execute initiatives impacting recruiting, employee lifecycle, and beyond, prioritizing people and process within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent/HR in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
- Strong knowledge of Talent/HR lifecycle processes, data governance, and service delivery models
- Strong knowledge of tools used in the Talent/HR lifecycle (Workday, Google Suite, Tableau, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Experience in leading projects from planning to delivery, particularly in Talent/HR systems
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong systems thinking and prioritization skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, global organization
