Fried Frank is seeking a Manager, HR Systems & Operations to manage HR systems, programs, and technology solutions, with a focus on leveraging technology to elevate HR capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in system management within IT or HR, HR technology project management roles with solid experience in managing system integrations and data flow between multiple platforms.
- College degree preferred with major in Human Resources, Information Systems or related fields, and project management a plus.
- Strong experience and knowledge of HR-related software and databases such as ServiceNow, UKG, BI Cognos.
- Experience with writing SQL Queries and HCM Table Structure.
- Knowledge in technical HRIS/HRIT configurations, reporting, and enhancements.
