Requirements
- Lead the Employee Support and Data Administration functions within North America
- Align employee support strategies with HR and business objectives
- Strengthen organizational reputation by ensuring a high standard of employee support
- Contribute to the portal management strategy for Employee Services
- Responsible for the maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD module
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
- Define, develop, and monitor KPIs to assess and enhance service delivery
- Analyze trends and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Leverage automation to drive operational efficiencies
- Implement quality assurance measures to enhance data integrity and process optimization
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
