Manager, Integrations Engineering

We're looking for a Manager, Integrations Engineering to lead the Integrations discipline within our Technology organization. This role will own integrations related to CRM platforms, financial systems, commercial insurance products, and bespoke applications, and drive the implementation of an iPaaS platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software integration experience
• 3+ years of experience working and leveraging IPaaS solutions
• 2+ years of experience with software development technologies
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Familiar with software observability and testing paradigms
• Experience with Scrum or other agile methodologies
• Experience in a product-led organization
• Experience interfacing with enterprise applications
