Manager, IT Security Identity and Access Administration

HealthPartners is seeking a Manager, IT Security Identity and Access Administration. This working manager role leads a team responsible for managing identity and access management (IAM) across the Enterprise. The role encompasses staff supervision, budget management, and service delivery to ensure effective, efficient, and responsive IAM operations. The position reports to the Senior Director and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer and focuses on building strong relationships with IT and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology or equivalent training/experience
• Six (6) years of Information Technology experience
• Three (3) years managing Information Technology staff and/or leading teams
• Three (3) years’ experience within Security Administration or Security Analysis
• Proficient in utilizing a variety of security tools to support enterprise-level protection and compliance
• Deep understanding of role-based security models and hands-on experience with multiple Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms
• Budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management skills
• Strong understanding of technologies, systems, databases, and Information Technology infrastructures
• Strong knowledge of standard security and control practices (e.g.; NIST security standards, Cloud Computing Standards, OWASP, CoBit, etc.)
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and other access management applications
